appeared with a hop
after Marty changed his identity
to Grit, hoping to craft a legacy
all of his own.
This was a man
who seemed too grand
but the accent alone
left Marty prone
to fall for John's trap.
Somewhat long story short,
Marty had to abort
and they became enemies.
